2024 Reflections and Gratitude

As the year comes to a close, we at CERU want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve shared with you in 2024. This year has been filled with unforgettable flavours, cherished memories, and the warmth of your continued support.

We are truly grateful for every guest who walked through our doors, celebrated special moments with us, or simply stopped by to enjoy a comforting meal. Your smiles, laughter, and loyalty inspire us every day to strive for excellence and create experiences that feel like home.

This year, we also took on a journey of discovery, traveling far and wide to bring you the best culinary ideas and design inspirations for our restaurants. These experiences have enriched our offerings and allowed us to craft dishes and spaces that reflect the heart of our contemporary restaurant and the essence of the Eastern Mediterranean. 

From introducing the best of our menu, featuring exquisite dishes like Seared Atlantic Scallops with garlic crushed petit pois and a citrus juniper dressing, Braised Octopus with celeriac purée and a citrus harissa glaze, Fillet of Beef grilled medium/medium rare with a green zhug dressing and crushed hazelnuts, and Spice Rubbed Chicken roasted with preserved lemon, mint, and lentil salad, to indulgent desserts such as Labneh Cheesecake with poached spiced apricots, 2024 has been a year of culinary creativity and growth. None of it would have been possible without you—our valued customers and team members.

Additionally, our team has grown stronger and more passionate than ever. Every member of the CERU family, from our talented chefs to our amazing front-of-house staff, has worked tirelessly to ensure that each dish is prepared to perfection and every guest feels welcomed and valued. Their dedication and hard work are the heart of our success.

As we look ahead to 2025, we’re thrilled to continue bringing you the best of our innovative menu, but that’s not all—stay tuned, because 2025 is bringing something very big! 

We’re excited to unveil new dishes, events, and experiences that will further elevate your dining experience. Our commitment to sourcing the finest ingredients, crafting imaginative dishes, and providing exceptional service remains unwavering.

We are also planning to introduce even more sustainable practices in the new year, ensuring that our love for food and hospitality also extends to the well-being of our planet. From reducing waste to sourcing locally whenever possible, we aim to make 2025 our most environmentally conscious year yet.
