Cook at home meal kits

Is the delivery tracked?

Your delivery is tracked and you will receive an email from the courier service confirming your order as well as a text message to your mobile phone with a delivery date and time.

When do you deliver the meal kits?

Our Cook at Home meal kits are delivered every Wednesday and Friday. For Wednesday deliveries, orders have to be placed before 5pm on the previous Sunday. For Friday deliveries, orders have to be placed before 5pm on Tuesday the same week.


Cloth wraps

Is the delivery tracked?

Your delivery is tracked and you will receive an confirmation email confirming your order as well as tracking number.

When do you deliver the cloth wraps?

Cloth wraps will be posted with first class recorded delivery upon order. Please note, if you order a cloth wrap and meal kit at the same time, they may arrive at different times.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver UK Nationwide, excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

What is the delivery fee?

The delivery cost for all orders is £3.50.

My order was damaged, what should I do?

What if I don’t receive confirmation email or my order doesn’t arrive?

Can I return my product?

Unfortunately our products are non-returnable.
